China’s Shandong Electric Power Construction Corp. (SEPCO) and ETE have signed a contract for the ready mix concrete supply for the gas compressor station as part of the expansion of Saudi Arabia’s main gas pipeline. Saudi Aramco is pressing ahead with gas-related projects to meet rising domestic demand and conserve oil for export and refining.
Master Gas System Expansion (MGSE)
KSA ranks among the top five countries in the world with natural gas reserves and stands in the top ten countries of gas production growth. MGSE is a vital national project which will develop non-associated gas, unconventional gas, and related condensate reserves, and ETE is proud to be a part of the project.
ETE is already providing ready mix concrete for the first phase of the expansion of the MGS, installing booster gas compressor stations due to be completed by the end of 2016, which will help raise capacity to 9.6 billion cfd.
ETE Ready Mix is also excited to declare that we have started to provide S1 type ready mix concrete to the Riyadh Metro Project, Line 4, 5 & 6 Track Works, which encircle Riyadh City with a 64 km long span. With such projects, ETE has once again proved its expertise, capability, and technical precedence in the industry. ETE has launched two new concrete batching plants for this project and is determined to work day and night with custom production to meet the requirements of FAST TJV.
