BATCHING PLANTS:

Two batching plant is currently operating at the Rastanura Plant. The plant was established in 2017 and is equipped with a batching system with a production capacity of 240 m³/hour. The batching plant is manufactured by KICE.

ICE PRODUCTION PLANT:

One Ice plant has been installed at the Rastanura Station. The ice plant has a production capacity of 70 tons per day and is manufactured by KTI.

WATER CHILLER PLANT:

One Carrier Chiller Plant

LABORATORY:                     

Rastanura Station lab is equipped with all essential equipment in order to perform all the tests required during, before and after production. The lab has temperature controlled curing tank for sample curing and compression machine, for aggregate testing the lab is capable to do the following test.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

This commercial concrete batching plant serves both industrial and local projects, including housing and infrastructure developments. The plant has received permanent approvals from Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) to supply concrete for industrial, oil & gas, and refinery projects.

This represents a significant venture for ETE Ready Mix. The plant supplies concrete for oil & gas, construction, infrastructure, housing, and commercial projects in Ras Tanura, Juaymah, Qatif, Safwa, and surrounding areas, and we supplied Approximately Around 300,000 M3. Ensuring convenient and reliable service close to project sites.
