BATCHING PLANTS:

Three batching plant is currently operating at the Al Hassa Plant. The plant was established in 2006 and is equipped with a batching system with a production capacity of 360 m³/hour. The batching plant is manufactured by One WEMIX & TWO KICE.

ICE PRODUCTION PLANT:

Two ice plant has been installed at the Hassa Station. The ice plant has a production capacity of 20 & 40 tons per day and is manufactured by KTI.

WATER CHILLER PLANT:

Al Hassa Station is upgraded with most recent and modern Two Carrier and one Snowkey Chiller Plants.

LABORATORY:                     

Al Hassa Station lab is equipped with all essential equipment in order to perform all the tests required during, before and after production. The lab has temperature controlled curing tanks for sample curing and compression machine, for aggregate testing the lab is capable to do the following test.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

This commercial concrete batching plant serves both industrial and local projects, including housing and infrastructure developments. The plant has received permanent approvals from Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) to supply concrete for industrial, oil & gas, and Sewage treatment Plant projects.

This represents a significant venture for ETE Ready Mix. The plant supplies concrete for oil & gas, construction, infrastructure, housing, and commercial projects in Al Hassa, Hufuf , Jafurah  and surrounding areas, ensuring convenient and reliable service close to project sites.
