BATCHING PLANTS:

Two batching plant is currently operating at the Taiba 1 & 2 Plants. This plant was established in 2024 and is equipped with a batching system with a production capacity of 240 m³/hour. The batching plant is manufactured by KICE.

ICE PRODUCTION PLANT:

Two ice plant has been installed at the Taiba 1 & 2 Station. The ice plant has a production capacity of 70 tons per day and is manufactured by KTI.

WATER CHILLER PLANT:

Two Snowkey & Carrier chiller plant.

LABORATORY:                                  

Taiba 1& 2 station lab is equipped with all essential equipment in order to perform all the tests required during, before and after production. The lab has temperature-controlled curing tank for sample curing and compression machine, for aggregate testing the lab is capable to do the following test.

ETE Readymix is proud to contribute to the development of the landmark Taiba 1 – 1800 MW IPP CCGT Project –Shandong Tiejun Electric Power and Taiba 2 – 1980 MW IPP CCGT Project- China Energy International with ACWA Power in Madinah — a major step forward in Saudi Arabia’s growing energy infrastructure. Ensuring a reliable and continuous supply of high-quality concrete.

In total, ETE Readymix will deliver approximately 300,000 m³ of concrete for both power plants — reinforcing our capability to support large-scale, high-impact infrastructure projects.
