BATCHING PLANTS:

Three batching plant is currently operating at the Jafurah Region—Jafurah 1 & Jafurah 3. Jafurah 1 established in 2024 with one batching plant Manufactured – Liebherr, while Jafurah 3 was commissioned in 2025 with two batching plant manufactured by Kice. And is equipped with a batching system with a production capacity of 360 m³/hour.         

ICE PRODUCTION PLANT:

Two ice plant has been installed at the Jafurah 1&3 Station. The Two ice plant has a production capacity of 40 tons per day and is manufactured by KTI.

WATER CHILLER PLANT:

Two Carrier & Snowkey chiller plants.

LABORATORY:

Jafurah station lab is equipped with all essential equipment in order to perform all the tests required during, before and after production. The lab has temperature controlled curing tank for sample curing and compression machine, for aggregate testing the lab is capable to do the following test:

The main contractors for this strategic project backed by Saudi Aramco. marking a significant milestone in Saudi Arabia’s ongoing industrial and energy sector growth. This facility ensures a consistent and reliable supply of high-quality concrete to support the project’s advanced structural requirements.

In total, ETE Readymix is responsible for supplying approximately 400,000 m³ of concrete for Jafurah Phases 1, 2 and 3, demonstrating the company’s capability to support large-scale, complex industrial developments.

The Jafurah field is the largest liquid-rich natural gas reserve in Saudi Arabia, containing significant volumes of condensates and Natural Gas Liquids (NGL). This project is of national importance, playing a key role in strengthening the Kingdom’s energy strategy, supporting industrial expansion, and driving long-term economic growth.
