BATCHING PLANTS:
Two batching plant is currently operating at the Rasalkhair Plant. The plant was established in 2017 and is equipped with a batching system with a production capacity of 240 m³/hour. The batching plant is manufactured by KICE.
ICE PRODUCTION PLANT:
Two ice plant has been installed at the Rasalkhair Station. The ice plant has a production capacity of 70 tons per day and is manufactured by Snowkey.
WATER CHILLER PLANT:
Two KTI & Snowkey chiller plant.
LABORATORY:
Ras Al Khair station lab is equipped with all essential equipment in order to perform all the tests required during, before and after production. The lab has temperature-controlled curing tank for sample curing and compression machine, for aggregate testing the lab is capable to do the following.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
ETE Readymix continues to strengthen its presence in Ras Al Khair Industrial City with a dedicated production facility designed to supply high-quality concrete and reliable service to key industrial and infrastructure projects.
Currently, ETE Readymix is supporting major developments including the Engines Manufacturing Factory (EMF) project with SEPCO, and Ma’aden Phosphate 3 with CNCEC, supplying approximately 200,000 m³ of concrete to meet demanding construction schedules.
The batching plant capacity is designed with flexibility and can be further expanded to meet increasing project requirements, ensuring uninterrupted supply for ongoing and future developments.
ETE Readymix has a strong track record in Ras Al Khair, having previously contributed to landmark projects such as the King Salman International Maritime Complex-Sepco, the Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Plant-Doosan, the Ras Al Khair Desalination Plant– Archirodon with the approximately 500,000 Cubic Meter.
