BATCHING PLANTS:

Two batching plant is currently operating at the Marjan Increment Project. The plant was established in 2019 and is equipped with a batching system with a production capacity of 240 m³/hour. The batching plant is manufactured by KICE.

ICE PRODUCTION PLANT:

One ice plant has been installed. The ice plant has a production capacity of 70 tons per day and is manufactured by Snowkey.

WATER CHILLER PLANT:

One Snowkey chiller plant.

LABORATORY:

Marjan station lab is equipped with all essential equipment in order to perform all the tests required during, before and after production. The lab has temperature-controlled curing tank for sample curing and compression machine, for aggregate testing the lab is capable to do the following test

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

To support the demanding construction schedule of the Marjan Increment Program Onshore Oil Facilities (PKG 6)- Hyundai Engineering and the Zuluf Increment Project- JGC Corporation and Douglas OHI with Aramco as the project developer and client.

In total, ETE Readymix is supplying approximately 500,000 m³ of concrete for EPC projects surrounding the Marjan and Safaniyah fields—demonstrating our capability to support large-scale, high-impact energy infrastructure developments.

The Marjan Increment Program (MIP) and Zuluf Increment Projects are key components of Saudi Arabia’s strategy to expand production capacity in the Eastern Province, focusing on onshore gas processing facilities and the development of the Zuluf offshore field, while supporting the Kingdom’s long-term economic diversification goals.
